Before pasting the binding spine cloth on thread sewn refills, required square finishing on thread-sewn book. This machine can be used for spine square without spoil / cut the threads. It consists of dynamic spine tuning adjustment system for the same purpose

- Easy & Fast Note Book spin / edge squaring machine with the facilities of Bottom ROLLERS pressing system with easy & sharp tuning adjustment to book spine pressure for different products, 10 Tons Hydraulic pressure for holding the books. The system can be operated in Manual or Auto modes. The Clamping stroke, clamp inching facility is provided for book thickness setting. The spine constant pressure setting is possible by precision of even ¼ mm. depending upon the note book cover / board thickness
- The Power pack installed with oil cooler system to maintain cool oil temperature, it helps to continues production and long life of hydraulic components installed with the power pack
- The clamp mouth does open up to 120 mm. Operator can feed up to 5 Note book at the time. Within 3/4secs.one process can be completed. Any untrained operator can achieve over 7000 to 9000 Excise Note Books per hour
